• Day 1 | Welcome to Bologna
Arrive independently in Bologna and check in at your centrally located hotel, located within walking distance of Bologna Centrale train station (when an option with hotel is selected).
Transfer service is available upon request (at an additional cost).
In the afternoon, join a small-group walking food tour through Bologna’s historic center. Sample local specialties and learn about the city’s culinary traditions as you stroll beneath its iconic porticos and past medieval towers and markets.

• Day 2 | Parmigiano cheese, Wine & Balsamic with Countryside Lunch
Venture into the rolling hills of Emilia for a full day of gourmet discovery. Begin with a guided visit to a working Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where you’ll witness the traditional cheese-making process and enjoy a tasting of different aged wheels. Next, tour a family-run Acetaia to learn about and sample authentic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, aged for up to 25 years. The experience continues at a local boutique winery, where you’ll taste regional wines—including Lambrusco—and sit down to a hearty country-style lunch featuring seasonal specialties.
Return to Bologna in the afternoon with free time to relax or explore the city at your own pace.

• Day 3 | Ferrari Experience – Speed Meets Passion
On your 3-day tour from Bologna, experience the thrill of Italy’s legendary Motor Valley. Begin with transportation to Maranello, home of the iconic Prancing Horse. Start at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, where you’ll explore classic and modern models, Formula 1 history, and the legacy of Enzo Ferrari. Continue to nearby Modena to visit the striking Enzo Ferrari Museum, combining futuristic architecture with emotional storytelling and vintage vehicles. You’ll also have the chance to feel the adrenaline of a Formula 1 simulator, included in your visit.
For an extra thrill, a Ferrari test drive through the streets of Maranello is available upon request (at an additional cost).
Return to Bologna in the afternoon and enjoy your evening at leisure.
