You will start your experience visiting the local market with your host, who will teach you all about how to select the best ingredients with the seasons.
Then, you’ll return to their home to enjoy an Italian Aperitivo and then start your hands-on cooking class and prepare 3 regional Italian recipes (starter, pasta and dessert). You’ll also learn how to make the iconic Bruschetta (/bruˈsketə/).
