• Day 1 | Arrival in Rome → Viterbo Countryside

Settle into a charming agriturismo surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Tonight, enjoy your first Italian dinner made with local olive oil, fresh vegetables from the farm, and regional wines.

• Day 2 | Orvieto & Montefalco Wines

Begin with a winery visit to taste central Italy’s bold reds and crisp whites. Continue to Orvieto, perched dramatically on its tufa cliffs — free time to explore the Duomo and medieval streets. In the afternoon, discover the wines of Montefalco, home of Sagrantino. Dinner with wine pairing in your countryside resort.

• Day 3 | Lake Trasimeno Traditions → Montepulciano
