During cooking lessons of typical Modena cuisine, you will be guided by an expert Chef to reveal all the secrets of making authentic “Tortelloni” ravioli or “Tagliatelle” pasta.

Itinerary
- Pickup from Bologna and transfer to our first stop, a dairy farm in the countryside between Bologna and Modena
- Dairy Farm Tour: we will start our tour with a guided visit at a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. The tour will be held by the local producer’s staff, after the tour you will taste different ages of Parmigiano cheese together with some other local products.
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena: then we will continue with a visit to an “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, which you will be able to taste at the end of your guided tour.
- Cooking Class: during cooking lessons of typical Modena cuisine, you will be guided by an expert Chef to reveal all the secrets of making authentic “Tortelloni” ravioli or “Tagliatelle” pasta.
- Lambrusco Winery: we will enjoy a visit to a local winery and take a guided tour of the facilities to learn about Lambrusco, a sparkling wine from northern Italy. For children under 18 y.o soft drinks will be provided.
- Drop off in Bologna
