You will have a guided visit to a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. Tasting at the end.

We explore a prosciutto factory to explore the production process, followed by tasting at the end.

You will visit “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, with tasting at the end.

Next stop – a local winery, where you’ll take a guided tour to uncover the nuances of Lambrusco, a red sparkling wine hailing from northern Italy. After, enjoy a 3-course lunch, composed of a starter, first course and dessert, accompanied by wine and water.

Being in the area, your experience wouldn’t be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum in Maranello, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, and to learn something new about its history during your free visit to the museum.

2. Dairy Farm: our signature experience begins at a renowned cheese factory, where you’ll witness the magic behind crafting the legendary Parmigiano Reggiano. Witness the artisanal process, from milk to marvelous wheel, and soak in the captivating sights, sounds, and aromas. Tasting at the end.
3. Prosciutto Tour: guided visit to a producer of Prosciutto Ham, including all the stages of the production process, followed by a tasting of Prosciutto and other locally made cured meats.
4. Ferrari Museum Visit: being in the area, your experience wouldn’t be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum in Maranello, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari, and to learn something new about its history during your free visit to the museum.
5. Balsamic Vinegar : behind the scenes, revealing the intricate production process, culminating in a tasting of this precious elixir. Elevate your senses with a unique exploration of flavor and tradition. Balsamic vinegar tasting at the end.

• The pickup will be from your hotel in Bologna or Modena city center or the nearest point, when it is not possible to reach the place you stay in by car. The exact pickup time will be communicated after the tour confirmation.
• All the visits and tastings will be held by the local hosts, no private guide is included.
• Please let us know about any food allergy or intolerance in advance, it could be not possible to satisfy last-minute requests.
• You will visit 2 local producers, one that produces cheese and prosciutto, another – wine and balsamic, where you will also have lunch
• Please be on time for your scheduled pickup, as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. No refunds will be possible in such instances.

What do I need to bring?

The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear.
